Our second option was to set aside the millions of dollars we could spend on traditional advertising and use that money to pay for the most powerful form of advertising on the planet – "word-of-mouth." Instead of helping the “retail giants” put more money in their pockets, we could pay people like you for sharing Xooma and Xtreme X2O with others. By choosing this option, we could grow our Company using powerful "word-of-mouth" advertising while at the same time helping people around the world earn a part-time or full-time income through their own Xooma home-based business.

Our Compensation Plan is designed to be simple, lucrative, and fun. Created by a team of successful home-business experts, our program offers you nine streams of income!

A matrix is a structured compensation plan that strategically limits both width and depth.  Best of all, it rewards teamwork amongst business owners.

The Xooma plan is a 2 X Infinity Matrix.  This means that you can get paid well beyond your 12th level.  So, instead of being limited to just the commissions from the sales within your matrix, you now have the opportunity to get paid on some or potentially all of the sales volume below your 12th level in addition to an extra percentage on your entire organization.  The first 3 levels of your 2 X Infinity Matrix are called the “Foundation” of your business.

In our matrix plan, you build your business organization in three ways:
Method #1 : Increase the number of Members in your organization.
Method #2 : Increase the average sales volume per Member in your organization.
Method #3 : Combine methods #1 and #2. 

In our 2 X Infinity Matrix, Xooma Members are now motivated to sponsor new people and increase their sales volume because it will allow them to earn more money.  In other words, we're rewarding members for duplicating the activities that lead to success in their business.

Here's how it works…..

TIER 1: If someone joins your Xooma business, consumes or sells just $25 of X2O per month, and doesn't sponsor anyone, they'll get paid up to 8 levels of their matrix and earn up to 16% commission on the sales in their organization. This is amazing for two reasons…

First, having the ability to earn commissions on up to 8 levels of a compensation plan without sponsoring anyone is virtually impossible in our industry. Most companies won't pay someone past one or two levels unless they sponsor a certain amount of people.

Second, for just a minimum monthly order of $25, people have the opportunity to earn hundreds of dollars per month through the sales volume on those 8 levels. We don't know of a company in our industry that offers this kind of reward potential for someone who only moves $25 per month of product and literally does “nothing.”

TIER 2: When someone in your Xooma business consumes or sells just $25 of X2O per month and sponsors just 2 people* they'll get paid on all 12 levels of their matrix and earn up to 29% commission on the sales in their organization.

In this tier, we're again rewarding Members for duplicating their efforts by sponsoring just 2 other people* into their Xooma business who also consume or sell $25 of X2O per month. By doing this, they'll gain an additional 13% in potential commissions and have the opportunity to earn thousands of dollars per month through the sales volume on all 12 levels.

TIER 3: When someone in your Xooma business sponsors 2 people* and increases their monthly order by consuming or selling $50 of X2O per month they'll earn up to 34% commission on the sales in their organization.

In this tier, we're rewarding Members for increasing their personal X2O sales volume to just $25 more per month. This small increase in personal volume will give you the opportunity to earn several hundred to almost $2000 more based on the sales volume in all 12 levels of your organization.

TIER 4: When someone in your Xooma business sponsors 2 people* and increases their monthly order by consuming or selling $100 of X2O per month they'll earn up to 40% commission on the sales in their organization.

In this tier, we're rewarding Members for increasing their personal X2O sales volume to just $50 more per month over Tier 3. This small increase in personal volume will give you the opportunity to earn as much as $6000 more based on the sales volume in your organization. This represents a 6% increase over Tier 3.

* You must maintain 2 “active” personally sponsored Members at all times to qualify for Tiers 2, 3 & 4. An “active” Member is defined as someone who has a minimum order of $25 of X2O per month ($25 PV).

Instead of being limited to just the commissions from the sales within your matrix, you now have the opportunity to get paid on some or potentially all of the sales volume below your 12th level in addition to an extra percentage on your entire organization.  For some Members, this would pay them as much as 20 or 30 levels deep!  This could mean a substantial boost in your income as your matrix continues to grow.

Here's how it works….

Once you qualify as a Global Bonus Pool member (10K pool or above) you can qualify to earn Infinity Bonus commissions on top of your normal matrix commissions.  The only requirement to earn the Infinity Bonuses is to sponsor a total of 4 people and consume or sell $100 of Xtreme X2O per month.  The higher your Global Bonus Pool ranking, the more commissions you qualify to earn through the Infinity Bonus program.  Best of all, these Infinity Bonuses start at your first level and can go way beyond your 10th level.  See the Infinity Bonus chart below for the commission percentages. 

Another exciting part is that these Infinity Bonuses are cumulative (can be added together) as you increase your Global Bonus Pool rank. For example, if you were qualified as a “100 K Global Bonus Pool Member,” you would earn up to 11% more (3% + 3% + 3% + 2%) on your entire organization.

Naturally, each Infinity Bonus can only be paid down to the next qualified Global Bonus Pool Member. For example, if you were qualified as a “100 K Global Bonus Pool Member” and someone on the 9th level of your organization was qualified as a 10 K Global Bonus Pool Member, you would an earn an 11% Infinity Bonus up to and including the 9th level of that “leg” of your business and then earn an 8% Infinity Bonus (11% less 3%) on the rest of that leg.

Xtreme X2O is Xooma Worldwide's leading product and the “Team Matrix” is the basis for our entire compensation plan. In fact, you can earn up to 8 different streams of income with your Xooma business thanks to our unique “Team Matrix” compensation plan.

What makes Income Stream #3 so different?

Income Stream #3 is what we call the “Sponsorship Tree” Compensation Plan. While Xtreme X2O will always be Xooma's leading product, we also give you access to a complete health & wellness product line which is available exclusively to all Xooma Members. There are over 25 products (in addition to X2O BLAST) found in the Xooma “Health & Wellness Store.” Understanding that an additional product line such as this requires additional effort to market and promote, we've created this separate but “complimentary” compensation plan specifically designed to reward you for your extra efforts.

The “Sponsorship Tree” compensation plan is derived from your personal sponsoring activities and the sponsoring activities of the Members in your Xooma “Team Matrix.” Instead of placing each Member into a specific matrix position with limited width on each level (as it works with your Matrix), the “Sponsorship Tree” compensation plan places the Members of your organization on specific levels with unlimited width.

Our computers look at your Xooma Team Matrix to find all of your personally sponsored Members. Next, our system copies and places those personally sponsored Members on the first level of your “Sponsorship Tree.” Each Member on your first level represents an individual “leg” of your Sponsorship Tree organization. (Again, the more people you sponsor, the wider your first level is and the more “legs” you'll have) Then, all Members who are personally sponsored by those Members (those on the first level of your “Sponsorship Tree”) are placed on the second level of your “Sponsorship Tree.” And so on, and so on.

Plan Gen Pay

Level Pay:
Just like your Team Matrix, the first two “ranks” of this compensation plan pay you on the sales volume found within specific levels of your organization. In this case, you earn 5% commission on all of the Sponsorship Tree sales volume from the Members you personally sponsored (your first level). Once the Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) in your organization reaches $500 (includes the X2O sales volume in your Matrix combined with all other sales volume in your Sponsorship Tree) you'll qualify for an additional 5% on all the sales volume in the second level of your Sponsorship Tree.

The only requirement for “level pay” is that your personal “backend” product volume (BQV) must be at least $25.

Generational Pay:   
Once the total sales volume, known as Group Qulaifying Volume (GQV), in your Xooma organization (X2O sales in your Matrix combined with all other sales volume in your Sponsorship Tree) reaches $5000 , you'll move from “level pay” to “generational pay.” And when you understand the power of being paid on “generations” VS. “levels”, you'll discover why so many people work hard to get to this level in their business.

The only requirements at this level are you must have at least 2 personally sponsored active Members and your personal “backend” product volume (BQV) must be at least $50.

A “generation” in the Xooma Sponsorship Tree Compensation Plan is defined as ALL the sales volume in any “leg” of your organization between you and the next qualified “Generational Member” ($5000 GQV or higher). Your first generation starts with you at the top and continues down each of your legs until the computer finds another qualified Member with $5000 GQV or higher.

When the computer finds another qualified Generational Member in a leg, all the volume in that leg (up to and including the personal volume of that qualified Generational Member), is considered your first generation . Your second generation starts with any of the legs just below that first Generational Member and includes all the volume in those legs until the computer finds another qualified Generational Member. When another qualified Generational Member is found, that completes the second generation in that leg and then starts a third generation .  

The graph below gives a visual example of what these generations could look like in any given organization.

Plan Gen Pay

As you can see, a “generation” can consist of any number of levels and often represents a fairly large amount of people and sales volume in your organization. In fact, generational pay can often allow you to earn commissions on most or ALL of the sales volume in your Sponsorship Tree. Depending on the size of your organization, that could be dozens of levels deep!

So, when you look at the Generational commission percentages as a $5,000 GQV Member, (indicated in blue in the chart above) you see that you always earn 10% on all the sales volume in the first generation of each leg. You then earn 5% on all the sales volume in the second generation of each leg. And you also earn 5% on all the sales volume in the third generation of each leg.

Once the total sales volume (GQV) in your Xooma organization (X2O sales in your Team Matrix combined with all other sales volume in your Sponsorship Tree) reaches $10,000 , you'll be eligible to qualify for a fourth generation of 5% commission. The only requirements at this level are you must have at least 2 personally sponsored active Members and your personal BQV must be at least $100.

When your total sales volume (GQV) in your Xooma organization reaches $25,000 , you'll be eligible to qualify for a fifth generation of 5% commission. The only requirements at this level are you must have at least 4 personally sponsored active Members and your personal BQV must be at least $100.

Finally, when your total sales volume (GQV) in your Xooma organization reaches $50,000 or more , you'll be eligible to qualify for a sixth generation of 5% commission. The only requirements at this level are you must have at least 4 personally sponsored active Members and your personal BQV must be at least $100.

Infinity Bonus:
Once your total sales volume (GQV) in your Xooma organization reaches $25,000 , you'll be eligible to qualify for an additional 2% Infinity Bonus through 5 generations of other Members in your legs who have a GQV of $25,000 or higher. Not only does this 2% bonus get added to the 10% on your first generations, it also gets added to the 5% on all other generations. In fact, your Infinity Bonus even has the ability to pay you 2% on the volume below your fifth and sixth generations!

Global Bonus Pool & Group Qualifying Volume:
In order to help you qualify for the Global Bonus Pool levels (in our Team Matrix plan) faster, all the sales volume from your Sponsorship Tree now gets added to all the sales volume from your Team Matrix every month. In addition, this same combined sales volume is also used as your Group Qualifying Volume for your Sponsorship Tree commissions.

Just as it is with the Global Bonus Pool qualification (Income Stream # 4), no more than 60% of your qualifying volume can come from one leg of your organization.

Just like the Sponsorship Tree Compensation Plan, this bonus plan is paid on the purchase/sale of products found in Xooma's Health & Wellness store.

In order to qualify for the new Sponsorship Tree Uni-Level Bonus, Members simply commit to purchase/ use $100 worth of products from Xooma's Health & Wellness store ("product catalog" link in the back office of your Xooma website). When other Members in your Sponsorship Tree commit to doing the same thing, the Uni-level Bonus Plan pays you based on the chart below.


A brief/simple explanation and example of the new bonus:

As noted in the chart above, when you have 4 'personally sponsored' Members purchasing $100 in products from the Xooma Store (product catalog), Xooma will send you an additional bonus of $80 over and above all other commissions you earn.

When you personally sponsor a Xooma Member, they are automatically placed on the first level of your Sponsorship Tree. Keep in mind that these personally sponsored Members can fall anywhere in your 2 x Infinity Matrix (1st level, 5th level, 18th level, etc.). As long as you personally sponsored the Member, they are on the first level of your Sponsorship Tree. And, you can have many more than 4 Members on your first level of your Sponsorship Tree since there are unlimited positions.  Then, when someone you personally sponsored sponsors someone, that person will be placed on your 2nd level. 

As your personally sponsored team continues to grow, the added bonuses get much more significant. As noted above, once you have 16 members on your 2nd level of your "tree" who are purchasing/selling/using $100 of products through the Sponsorship Tree, you'll earn a $320 bonus on top of your normal monthly check. ( Note : The Unli-level bonuses are not cumulative and therefore do not get added on top of the previous bonus. You'll always receive the highest possible bonus you've qualified for.) Once you have a total of 256 Xooma Members on the fourth level of your Sponsorship Tree who are purchasing/selling/using $100 of products through the Sponsorship Tree, you will earn an additional $5,120 bonus on top of all of your other commissions!

This bonus puts quick income within your grasp. Even with just four personally sponsored Members who participate in this new bonus, you could be earning enough commissions to virtually pay for your personal product order very month.
